Coverage

31 programmes

Covering airlines, hotels and transferable currencies. Growing each quarter.

Discipline

Decisions, not metrics

We don’t show a figure unless a decision follows it. No vanity totals.

From the Miles Mosaic editorial policy.

Privacy

Zero credentials

No loyalty programme passwords stored. No OAuth, no scraping, no third-party connections.

Chapter 1 of 3 · Where you stand

Every programme in one honest view, without account linking.

Balances, tier status, qualification progress, expiry windows. You enter the numbers; we surface the picture. Same view on web and mobile.

Your portfolio, instrumented.

A representative view of four programmes from one account. Real programme names, real tier strings, real numbers.

Chapter 3 of 3 · What’s worth doing next

One specific recommendation, this week.

The dashboard lands on the next thing worth doing. Booking a redemption, requalifying, pausing the chase, transferring a currency.

“Use 73,000 Flying Blue miles before 25 June.”

An advisor recommendation, set in real numbers. Linked to award space we’ve verified, dated, and ranked against alternatives in your portfolio.

Recommended action

High value

Redeem 73,000 Flying Blue miles for CDG ↔ NRT in business, before 25 June 2026 (expiry). Tax-and-fees estimate $310 USD.

Award space verified 14 May 2026. The alternative (transfer to KLM Hotels) returns $0.011 per mile and is not recommended.

Getting your history in

You do not type it all in

Upload a booking confirmation, a statement PDF or a screenshot, or forward the email to your own private Miles Mosaic address. Smart Upload and Smart Inbox read the flights and stays and file them against the right programme. Atlas answers the questions the numbers raise.

Smart Upload

Drop in the confirmation you already have. Smart Upload reads a PDF, an image or a spreadsheet, pulls out the flights and the hotel nights, and files each one against the right programme. Nothing is saved until you have reviewed it.

Your first document is read free on every new account, whatever plan you are on, so you can watch it work before you decide anything. After that: would you rather forward the email? Smart Inbox gives Pro accounts a private address that parses a booking confirmation the same way. The free Explorer tier includes Smart Upload too, with a monthly cap set out on the plan comparison. Manual entry stays available, as the fallback rather than the route in.

Programme coverage

Major programmes covered, with real names and real tier strings.

Major airlines across the three alliances, the major hotel groups, and the leading transferable bank currencies. Coverage grows each quarter; Pro accounts vote on what we add next.

Straight answers

The questions people ask before they sign up

Do I have to type everything in myself?
No. Smart Upload reads a booking confirmation, a statement PDF, a screenshot or a spreadsheet, pulls out the flights and the stays, and files each one against the right programme. Nothing is saved until you have reviewed it. If you would rather forward the email, Smart Inbox gives Pro accounts a private address that parses it the same way. Your first document is read free on every new account, whatever plan you are on. The free Explorer tier includes Smart Upload after that too, with a monthly cap you will find on the plan cards above. Manual entry stays available as the fallback, not the way in.
Who else uses this?
Miles Mosaic is young and independent, and we are not going to quote you a user count we have not earned. What we can show you is how the numbers are checked. Every programme rule we forecast against is verified against that programme's own published terms, with the regulatory picture taken from the US Department of Transportation and IATA, and industry figures from IdeaWorks. When we get something wrong we correct it on the record: the corrections log is public, and so is our editorial policy.
What happens if you get breached?
A breach would expose your trip history. It could not expose your loyalty accounts, because we never hold a loyalty password. There is no loyalty account linked, nothing scraped from a programme site and no loyalty OAuth token in our database, so there is no programme credential for an attacker to take and no way for one to sign in to your programmes on your behalf. Read the privacy policy for what we do store and how long we keep it.
Is this just AwardWallet?
No. AwardWallet logs in to your loyalty accounts on your behalf to read balances. Miles Mosaic never asks for a loyalty password and instead forecasts, from your own trips, whether you requalify. The two products answer different questions. We wrote the full Miles Mosaic vs AwardWallet comparison, including where AwardWallet is the better choice.

Free guides that feed the forecaster

Miles Mosaic publishes source-backed guides on airline miles, hotel points, elite status, and award-booking strategy, written and fact-checked by Daan Zwets, verified against programme terms and conditions, and corrected on the record when rules change. The guides explain the rules; the forecaster on this site does the math on your own booked trips.

We cover programme mechanics (AAdvantage, Flying Blue, Bonvoy, MileagePlus and more), alliance reciprocity, transfer-currency timing, and the decisions that actually move the needle: whether to chase status, when to transfer bank points, and how to read a devaluation. See our editorial policy and corrections log for how we work.
