Miles Mosaic pricing: Explorer is free, Pro adds planning

Pricing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro is a monthly subscription with no commitment. You can cancel from
your account settings
at any point, and you’ll keep Pro features until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. After that your account drops back to Explorer; no data is deleted.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
We don’t run an automatic free trial. Explorer is free forever and not a time-limited demo. The tracker, the alerts, the full editorial archive are all on the free tier. If you upgrade to Pro and decide it’s not for you within the first 14 days, open Profile → Plan and billing and press Request a refund. It is one button, no questions, and you do not have to write to anyone.
Do you accept currencies other than USD?
Pro is priced in USD: $7.50 per month during the launch promo through 31 December 2026, and $14.99 per month after that. Your card issuer will convert at their prevailing rate. We display the same headline price for everyone; we don’t run region-tiered pricing or hidden geo-discounts. We do not store your card details directly; payments are handled by our processor under their own PCI compliance regime.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Explorer?
You keep Pro features until the end of your paid month. After that the dashboard drops back to Explorer: ads return on the marketing pages, editorial articles, and the dashboard, and the scenario planner and Year-in-Review go into a read-only state. You can still see what you generated, you just can’t run new scenarios. None of your programme data is deleted, ever, by downgrading.
Is there a team or family plan?
Not yet. Pro is a single-user subscription. We’ve heard the family request loud and clear and we expect to launch a couples / household plan in 2026. In the meantime, each member of a household runs their own Miles Mosaic account, which is usually what most loyalty programmes want anyway.
